Refund Policy

Wishmade ("we", "us", "our") uses credits for generating AI images and videos. Signed-in accounts get free credits every day, and when we offer them you can also buy one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

1. Failed Requests Are Refunded Automatically

If an image or video fails to generate, the credits for that request are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

2. When You Can Get Your Money Back

We will refund your payment to your original payment method when:

Unused purchase: you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used any credits from that pack.
Technical problem: the service did not work as described and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
Duplicate or accidental charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.

If you have used part of a pack, we may refund the value of the unused credits at our discretion.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Credits already spent on images or videos that were generated successfully, including when you are unhappy with how the AI interpreted your photos.
Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, for example by uploading photos of people without their permission.
Abuse of the refund process.

When a payment is refunded, the related credits are removed from your balance.

4. How to Request a Refund

Your order number or the email address used for the purchase
A short description of the reason

We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
